This page is a B2B summary of how MyDaddy.io processes workplace data when you create a workplace or install the Cliq Huddle extension. It is not a signed contract. For a signed Data Processing Addendum, email legal@mydaddy.io.

1. Roles
- Your organization is the controller of your callers, roster, and customer records.
- MyDaddy.io is a processor of that workplace data so we can run the phone system, AI agent, and Huddle integration.
- mydaddy.io also acts as an independent controller for a sales Lead in our own Zoho CRM when you install Huddle or sign up (our CRM, not yours).
2. What we process
Account identity, workplace configuration, call metadata, voicemail, AI transcripts when a session is transcribed, and — on Cliq install — Cliq name, email, ZUID, org id, and up to 50 directory people. Details: Privacy Policy.
3. Subprocessors
We use the following categories of processors to operate the service. Counsel should confirm the live vendor list before a marketplace filing.
- Zoho CRM / Billing / Mail / Cliq — our sales CRM, workplace invoices, operational email, and the Cliq channel you installed.
- OpenAI and related STT / TTS vendors — speech and language for the AI agent and voicemail transcription.
- SignalWire and other carriers (Twilio, Telnyx, Bandwidth, Sinch, Plivo when a workplace uses them) — PSTN numbers and minutes.
- Hosting — the compute, network, and storage that run MyDaddy.io (currently our US host for the live stack).
4. How to request a signed DPA
Email legal@mydaddy.io from the workplace admin address. Include the workplace name and whether you need SCCs. We will send a countersigned DPA or explain what we can sign.
